Mark Perez- creator/builder of the Life-size Mousetrap had his studio broken in to and cleaned out. this is quite a setback considering the Mousetrap will be at the Maker Faire and the Fire Arts Festival.
if you'd like to make a donation of some tools(even temporary donations) the Mousetrap team would be grateful-
items stolen-
makita cordless impact gun
lincoln wire feed welder
skill saw
dewalt chop saw
delta chop saw
2 4in grinders
9in grinder
right angle drill
bits
OWWCH!!!!
please pm me if you can help us out in anyway- thank you!

Re: Life-size Mousetrap Studio break-in...
Tue, May 1, 2007 - 7:59 PMholy crap......that is awful. the thieves must be out in full force, b/c the boxshop was broken into this weekend. they stole an electrical box and a bunch of tools. it totally sucks b/c this is what people use to make their living.
if I hear of something (regarding tools) I'll let you know. check craig's list. sometimes you can get inexpensive stuff there. -
